A group of 47 nations in Africa has submitted its own proposal with regard to the pandemic treaty to the globalist World Health Organization (WHO).
The proposal was put forward on May 28, during the 77th World Health Assembly (WHA), with two demands. Internist Dr. Meryl Nass lauded the proposal’s use of “clear language,” and explained why the two stipulations in the May 28 proposal are of utter importance.
The first stipulation calls for the WHO’s Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) to “continue in its present form to negotiate a pandemic treaty.” According to Nass, this prevents bureaucrats from swapping out negotiators who they feel won’t go along, and it also prevents the formation of a new negotiating body whose members could be wild cards. Moreover, this also means that the negotiators will all have the necessary institutional memory of the process so far and can avoid having to rework areas already handled.
The second stipulation calls for future negotiations to “be time-limited” and “conclude with another special session of the entire WHA before the end of 2024.” Nass explained that this stops the process from being dragged out forever and from costing nations too much. The second stipulation also provides a reasonable timeline for discussions to be concluded, she added.
“It is likely that the negotiations will therefore end in November after the U.S. presidential elections,” Nass stated. “This is something the globalists did not want, given the positions of [former U.S. President Donald] Trump and [independent U.S. presidential candidate Robert F.] Kennedy [Jr.] on the WHO.”
The global health body was due to present two new texts for adoption at the WHA – the so-called Pandemic Treaty and the International Health Regulations (IHR) amendments. Talks for the pandemic treaty collapsed while the IHR amendments were all but neutralized, marking a victory for health freedom. “I think this is the definitive answer as to why we really should claim a victory due to the failures of the pandemic treaty negotiations by the INB and the failure of the IHR negotiations by the [working group on amendments for the IHR],” said Nass.
Both Trump and RFK Jr. have expressed their opposition to the proposed pandemic treaty and the WHO at large. The real estate mogul has pledged to “rip apart” the treaty if he is re-elected for a second term.
“I will protect American sovereignty from the creeping hands of global government,” said Trump, the Republican Party’s presumptive nominee. “I unbound the U.S. from globalist agreements that surrendered our sovereignty.
RFK Jr., the nephew of the late President John F. Kennedy, espoused a similar view. “The WHO [Pandemic] Treaty should be dead in the water,” he said in a video from January. He also called for the global health body to either be reorganized or defunded.
“The WHO has basically become the facilitator for the pharmaceutical industry, mandating vaccines around the world that are untested. Why would we hand our sovereignty over to that organization?”
