Now that the official number of Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “cases” throughout the country has breached 900,000, the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has suddenly and unexpectedly decided to stop requiring hospitals to report the number of daily deaths.
From now on, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will instead be tasked with collecting this data itself using death certificates.
Not everyone is happy with the change, of course, including health officials who are freaking out and calling it “incomprehensible.” They claim that hospital data is more “reliable” than whatever the CDC can conjure from death certificate data.
It turns out that hospital death data for covid is massively inflated, which is why the Branch Covidians want the government to continue relying on it. Switching to the CDC method will significantly reduce the death count, exposing the plandemic as a fraud.
On the other hand, some believe that the CDC data will produce more covid deaths, which is why the American Hospital Association (AHA) wants that method to be used.
Whatever method makes covid look the scariest is the one that the establishment wants to go with, even if the results are highly inaccurate.
The inaccurate results produced by hospitals were so effective, thanks to being highly overinflated, that some health officials have praised them for how they “changed the response to the pandemic for the better.”
In other words, they were quite pleased with the scary-sounding data because it resulted in mask mandates, “vaccine” mandates, school closures and other forms of tyranny.
Some people just love all the tyranny. They want as much of it imposed on others as they can get away with, and any changes to the covid death reporting could put the continued use of that tyranny at risk.
“The hospitals have been doing this for going on two years,” a federal health official told the media on the condition of anonymity.
“It is the only consistent, reliable and actionable dataset at the federal level. Ninety-nine percent of hospitals report one hundred percent of the data every day.”
According to the CDC, nothing will really change on its end because it continues to use official data from the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS). This source “is not a CDC-owned data source and does not impact our reporting,” the CDC confirmed.
Interestingly, the very same day the HHS stopped collecting covid death figures, the government of the United Kingdom announced plans to ends its own death toll reporting come April.
“The CDC has never really counted cases for things that a lot of people get like the flu,” a health official said about the change. “They get data from sentinel sites and then extrapolate what is happening.”
Alexis C. Madrigal, a co-founder of the COVID Tracking Project, insists that in some cases, hospital data at the federal and even state level was incomplete.
“We had no idea who has capacity, who was in trouble, who had supply shortages, who was getting admissions so fast that they would need supplemental meds, who has staffing issues, etc.,” he is quoted as saying.
“We also didn’t know anything about the people admitted in a timely manner, such as age.”
On the flip side, AHA Vice President Nancy Foster says that CDC reporting will be better than forced hospital data reporting because it will generate a greater death count.
The CDC warns that since it takes time to collect death certificate data, reporting on the death count moving forward will be delayed.
